Description
This 3 hour orienteering/treasure hunt type event is open to both trail runners and mountain bikers.
The intention of the organisers is to provide a fun filled outdoor adventure to all levels of trail runner and mountain biker regardless of whether or not they have prior experience in orienteering or navigation.
Strategy and careful route planning might just be more beneficial than outright speed in this adventure.
All finishing competitors over the age of 18 years will gain free entry for one day – normally R95 per person per day. Prizes up for grabs will include shark cage diving, whale watching and much more. Bring your families for a fun day out and make a weekend of it!
This event promises to be very exciting in the magnificent Hemel-en-Aarde Valley with stunning views, access to private wine farms and amazing checkpoints!

Exceptionally well organised race. Really fun to do as well as challenging if you are a little bit more serious. Orienteering maps were accurate, terrain was great. Overall, very enjoyable. Well done!
