Runner's World Magazine offers running advice on road running, triathlon training, 5k, 10k running and Comrades and Two Oceans marathon training.
Crowds of spectators line the final 2km, supporting runners for more than just the final 50m sprint.
The view from the Outeniqua Mountains over George is breathtaking. Over undulating, gravel roads you’ll see the white stones, which wagons used to travel along. Visitors can also use the Power Van to witness this scenery.
Medals will be awarded to all finishers and there will be lucky draw prizes up for grabs.
