Runner's World Magazine
Runner's World Magazine offers running advice on road running, triathlon training, 5k, 10k running and Comrades and Two Oceans marathon training.
Crowds of spectators line the final 2km, supporting runners for more than just the final 50m sprint.
Teams consisting of two athletes, or individuals, will tackle the 1km loop through Kollegepark Primary School.
Medals will be awarded to all finishers and category winners will receive prizes. Food and drinks will be for sale, during the race.
Walkers are welcome.
