Description
Since 1994, the moderate 21.1km & 10km races have attracted 5 000 participants. Participants run on good gravel roads, through the Agricultural Research Council’s Irene Farm, Irene Dairy Farm and around the scenic Irene Golf Course. All finishers receive a medal, as well as prizes for the top 3 and age groupers.
Pre-entries are available, but you can also enter on the day of the race.

Fantastic run that winds through the dairy farm, the Southdowns estate and the Irene golf course. Really well organised, but there is a big field so ensure you get to the front at the beginning of the race – the first km took us over 8 mins!!
