   Lovely hilly race. Awesome views. Plenty of water tables. Love the early start to avoid the heat of the day and the Camps Bay Sunday traffic

   Race was good organize, but waterpoints on Lions head lack a shortage of water over a 7km distance. In hot weather water is cricial to all athlectics especialy the slow runners

   Excellent hill/mountain course, but there was no water during the latter half of the race in scorching heat.
