Runner's World Magazine
Runner's World Magazine offers running advice on road running, triathlon training, 5k, 10k running and Comrades and Two Oceans marathon training.
Crowds of spectators line the final 2km, supporting runners for more than just the final 50m sprint.
Medals will be awarded to all finishers, as well as category prizes and spot prizes.
On 28 September, you can still enter the relay race between 5pm and 7pm.
Start times: 100km: 6am; 5 x 10km relay & 5 x 5km relay: 9am
