Runner's World Magazine offers running advice on road running, triathlon training, 5k, 10k running and Comrades and Two Oceans marathon training.
Crowds of spectators line the final 2km, supporting runners for more than just the final 50m sprint.
The first of two races in the Gauteng XL. These are individual races and are not scored together.
Expect category prizes, spot prizes and series cash. Series runners will receive a medal.
Online entries open in February 2012, but you can also enter on race day, between 6:30am and 8am.
