Was feeling I might have been ripped off slightly when I got the email that made it sound almost like a big club run for 125 bucks. I was very wrong the race was insane, nice and technical and challenging, really good vibe and everything you could want or need including incredible views and old brown sherry. (I did the short race around 10KM)

Hi, did the 10km + “cement sort-of / kind-of” trail. Absolutely amazing!! Organization, nice fires & OB’s to keep warm before race – deserve 5 star rating!! Will definitely be back next year.

I ran the 11km. It was the best trail run ever. It felt more like an adventure run, because we had to cross the river and the dam a number of times. Overall, good organisation, great atmosphere, beautiful scenery, fantastic route… everything that trail running should be about.
