Runner’s World chats to the winner of the 2010 Comrades Marathon, Stephen Muzhingi’s coach, Cliff Chinnasamy in this exclusive audio interview.
New meaning to the word SWEAT
A new type of workout has hit our shores, and it makes you SWEAT! The RW team tried it and loved it!
The curse of the ear piece
Does anyone else struggle to keep their ear-piece in place when running with an ipod/training device – or do I just have funny ears?
Instant Motivation
Sometimes all it takes is a goal and a new gadget to get you motivated to run. That, and a burgeoning waist line!
Slow and steady
Coming back from injury can be a slow and painful experience (literally and figuratively). I should know, its been a year and a half and I can still only run/walk for 25 minutes. But Im practicing patience and am finally starting to see the results.
Touchline's Team of the Year
We are proud to announce that Bicycling and Runner’s World were the joint winners of Touchline Media’s Team of the Year award.
Bonding whilst running
A great way to encourage team spirit and boost productivity is to take your colleagues for a run.
